This bodywork is going to move you through classic barre movements with complimentary exercises to lengthen the muscles and build strength. Barre is known for repetitive movements that fatigue the muscles, tone and build endurance. Are you ready?

I haven’t met a human yet that doesn’t LOVE good core work! This bodywork builds core strength, stamina and carves out those horizontal lines in your abdominals. Can you say chisel? OH! & did you know a strong core protects your low back? Yes please!

ON WEDNESDAYS WE FLOW! 🌊

This power class is all about fluid movement. I will explain the setup of each pose as we move through the motions together engaging in mind body medicine. Seriously, this is the best medicine. We lay our heart out on the mat breathing in intention and exhaling everything in our way.

SLOW IT DOWN WITH INTENTION 🧘‍♀️

This bodywork moves slower than our vinyasa (flow) classes. Do not be fooled! Gentle Yoga is still a strong practice. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is take it slow. Are you up for the challenge? Breathe in, slow down & show me whatcha got!
