I decided to join Honey Bee Sweat because let’s face it, life can be insane and often taking care of ourselves can be the last thing on our to-do list.
I know because that is how it was for me… at least until I started to burn out from #allthethings. It was then that I decided to pursue lasting wellness that would not only help me take care of my body but also be there (and at my best) for my family and business. As I began focusing on getting healthy, I became passionate about helping other women in their journeys.
That’s where Honey Bee Sweat came in!
While I knew I could support and empower the women around me locally in their wellness goals, I didn’t want to just stop there. I wanted to help every woman out there who, like me, want to be at their very best. I am here to tell you that no matter what is going on in your life right now, you can find relaxation, health, and peace of mind by using the incredible tools that I have successfully used in my life and have taught countless others.

My name is Grace and I am super passionate about helping you be the healthiest, best possible version of yourself and I believe that begins with slowing down and checking in with your body. I’m a 8+ year yoga practitioner turned 200 RYT with certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga for Digestive Stress. However, the knowledge I share with you comes from a place of personal experience. Not only have I learned these skills in class, but I am constantly doing the work I share for myself!
I give women the tools they need to overcome the power that stress can have on their health, mind and happiness by teaching them how to access the ability to relax that is already inside them through the practice of yoga, mindfulness techniques, and breathing practices.
