Suspension and Termination of Honey Bee Sweat™ Membership

Honey Bee Sweat™, LLC reserves the right to cancel or terminate any subscription or membership due to any violation of these Terms and Conditions at any time.Honey Bee Sweat™, LLC will provide written notice to the non-terminating party and their account will be closed. The member will be responsible for any outstanding fees, balances or other previously agreed upon financial exchange. No refunds whatsoever will be issued if a subscription or membership has been terminated regardless of the circumstance. The terminated member will be denied future access to HoneyBeeSweat.com.

Payment Terms

All membership subscriptions paid to HoneyBeeSweat.com automatically renew at the end of their term. The subscription renewal date is always the day immediately following the end date of your current subscription period. The card used for the initial membership subscription purchase will be charged the day immediately following the end date of your current subscription period, unless you update your account preferences twenty four (24) hours prior to the renewal date.

If the member should incur any administrative fees to include but not limited to overdraft fees, processing fees, etc. Honey Bee Sweat™, LLC is not liable for those fees. The fees incurred from your financial institution or any other party other than Honey Bee Sweat™, LLC is the sole responsibility of the member.

For any reason your card cannot be processed at the time of renewal, your account will be temporarily suspended. The temporary suspension will be lifted once a valid payment method has been added to your account and your renewal fee has been processed.

If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so at any time. It is the members responsibility to cancel their account within twenty four (24)hours prior to their renewal date otherwise the card used for the initial membership subscription purchase will be charged with no refund. Once your account has been cancelled, you will still have access to all paid features throughout the remainder of the membership subscription you purchased. Honey Bee Sweat™, LLC reserves the right to unilaterally make price changes and adjustments at any time. Every member with an active membership will be notified via email if and when a price change occurs. Effective immediately after the email of the price change notification, all members agree to the new price regardless of whether they received, read or understood the price change notification. All members should review their account a few days before to ensure they agree to continue their membership subscription with Honey Bee Sweat™, LLC.

All members with an active membership will retain their current price through the end of their membership subscription and will not be charged an additional amount. Once the members subscription membership term has ended, the new subscription membership price will be charged on the auto renewal date.
